Well, Im beginning to look forward to it. Weeks one to three were Ms Millican saying '1-2-3-goooo' so beautifully, then I moved to a serious female voice that was a bit, um, serious, but the rest of week four and now week five Im more and more impressed with Jo Wiley. And Im trying to listen to Kate Bush on Spotify but the headphones keep going wrong, which doubtless means it's me. Anyway, so far, so good. David Plodplod aged 1 million.

Jo is good, as is the fab Michael Johnson. Jo often gives C25kers a shout out on her programme

Jo has got me to W8....well I finished W7 this morning. I chose her because I knew that she has done it herself so knows all the struggles we go through. She seems to genuinely relate to each run and her enthusiastic and knowledgeable advice has helped me no end.
