Who knew eight weeks ago Iβd be setting my alarm for 4.45 to go out running - not me! But here I am having completed W8. Set Map my Ride just for the run and managed 4.6km - wow Iβm so happy. Now time for the all important cuppa!

Thank you! Yes I switched to early morning because I absolutely struggled in the heat and when I did it was like a π‘I much prefer it and itβs such a lovely time of day. Iβm fortunate that my runs are on a nature trail so mostly lots of shade. The direct sun zaps you doesnβt it? Well done on W5R3 - psychologically itβs a massive step! But do beware W6R1 it can catch you out. Lots of good tips on here though. Happy running!
