Back to the grave yard. It went so so I had a stitch as I started too fast, the yard is flatter than the lanes. I tried strava again and she bonded with Michael but said I had run 1.4 K in 25 mins!!! Im slow but not crawling or on a bloody space hopper so I’m not sure what happened.

Im going to rest for two days, pump up the space hopper and rest a sore hip 😀
