Wk7r1 - out with the old

After a hectic week at work and groin pain and for a change upper back pain I finally got out today in the sunshine and broke out the new trainers πŸ‘Ÿ. Battled the wind on the way round but by 20 mins felt relaxed. Managed 5.27k and dodged the mole hills, dog poop and puddles bringing trainers back relatively unscathed. Adam Buxton podcast and of course Michael kept me company πŸ™

yes you say in the post.

Bless you 😊 Quite hard - nearly stopped today as hips were sore - I miss the little walking bit. These long runs are hard on my back so may leave it 2 days, will have to see tomorrow. But very pleased to get this far *touching wood 🀞🀞
