Chilly one this morning, MJ stopped talking to me after 12.50 minutes I was thinking this is the longest 7.50 mins of my life waiting for him to say 5mins to go!! Endomondo says I ran for over 25mins so happy with that 😀👍

Well done 👍 it was a cold icy one wasn’t it I did the same run but we did it and if we’ve got the motivation to run in this cold we can do anything. Good luck with run 2 😀

Well done 👍 especially niw it is getting so cold!! , its funny when i was away i was waiting for a bus that said due 15mins & i said to my friend it won’t be that long & it wasn’t ! However i was thinking gosh 15mins seems a lot longer when running it😂😂. Unfortunately i slept in this morning so il have to motivate myself at night now!! Good for you though another run done not many more now😉

Slow steady start to the day... glorious.. well done you.. watch out for ice though. Many of us avoid icy runs.. especially black ice! I did a Bambi a year or so ago!

I’m a bit geeky, I have the C25K app going, MapMyRun and an app that links to my pedometer/Fitbit... last time out the Fitbit stooped, didn’t start right, and when I finished I checked my gadgets ... Did 4.9k in 3.5 seconds ... technology is always going to let us down... can’t beat a watch, or perhaps you can ...
