Good for you - well done. Don't think I'll be doing mine this week. :(

Oh no hope it’s not an injury πŸ˜ŠπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

I think it is... I'm resting, I have a compression bandage on... I've elevated it... can't bring myself to do the ice thing though. Not sure even with that I'm going to be sorted by Tuesday.

😒😒😒. Take your time getting fixed.... and keep us updated. We will all be still here and so will the programme when your well enough to finish it. Take care of yourself πŸ˜ŠπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Phew - had an assessment and it's not a sprain but over-tired muscles. I can carry on but need to slow down! :)

Do the ice thing! I really helps! A bag of frozen peas (just make sure they never get eaten) wrapped in a single layer of thin tea towel and through leggings: it’s not too horrible but definitely does the job and eases any niggles. And yes, slow down, and stretch!!

Thank you. I will be brave and try it. Perhaps I could make soup from them afterwards? Lol

We have to use a lot of ice packs in my family: my iffy knee, a gymnast and a rugby player... we have a bag of peas in a second ziplock bag labelled up as β€˜ice pack peas: do not eat’! They’ve been in & out of the freezer for well over a year now 😳😳

Brilliant πŸŽ‰.... so very pleased your not injured 😊😊. So do as the good Dr told you and sloooooow down 🐌🐌. Dig out your slowest inner snail and give it an airing. Good luck and keep us updated πŸ€πŸ€πŸ˜ŠπŸŽ‰

Do not eat ice pack peas! I made that mistake once. Bleurghhh! 🀒

Some time ago I bought a cheap ice/heat pack set from Amazon. You can either freeze them or microwave them. It includes a stretchy Velcro band which you slip the frozen pack into and wear... it means you can move around. As there are two I can rotate the packs if the heat isn’t reducing... really good buy for me. πŸ™‚
