So, yesterday, after a week off (half term madness) after debating whether or not to repeat W4R3, I didn't and went into W5. Happy to say my first 2 runs went really well and actually felt like I was proper jogging, the last 5mins started well but ended at a snail pace, but I did it. How I'll manage 8mins tomorrow is beyond me!
