So, yesterday, after a week off (half term madness) after debating whether or not to repeat W4R3, I didn't and went into W5. Happy to say my first 2 runs went really well and actually felt like I was proper jogging, the last 5mins started well but ended at a snail pace, but I did it. How I'll manage 8mins tomorrow is beyond me!

I will be doing the same run tomorrow too! I am trying not to think too much about it haha! You will be fine - slow and steady as they say. Good luck - I'll be there with you! :)

Don't worry about tomorrows 8-minute run, you can do it, enjoy, slow and steady.
