Terrified of moving onto Wk2

I've repeated Wk1 as the thought of going from 60 seconds to 90 seconds running scares me to death. I just don't know how it's going to happen.

Please tell me it gets easier?

Week 1 was the hardest week for me. It just got easier after that, particularly if you have a couple of days off before starting week 2. Give it a try - you'll surprise yourself!

don't be terrified for the sake of 30 seconds, if you can do 60, with a break of 48 hours you can certainly run for 90 seconds, no it does not need to scare you to death. I agree with telford_mike, it does get easier as time goes by.

You went from 0 to 60 which is a bigger jump than 60-90, don’t be scared you can do it. Give it a try if nothing you will get a practice run and any run is better than no run

All the best!

It really does seem daunting but once those extra 30 seconds are complete the overwhelmingly pride you get takes away the worry for the rest of the week. You won’t even notice it by the end of week 2.

I'm not sure it ever gets easy but deffo give it a go and you will surprise yourself. This plan works!

And you can do this, I know it 😊

Have a go don't be frightened. It doesn't matter if you don't manage it on the first outing, aim for completing it by the third. The fear is in your head. I find that Michael gets me through it I have to impress him!

It does you’ll be amazed, week 1 i never thought I’d be able to keep at it and I start every run thinking I won’t make it, but I do completed week 5, 20 mins non stop running, I’m amazed! Good luck keep at it as it really does work 👍

Remember that it’s six times not eight: so actually you’re only running one minute more, nine minutes instead of eight. You can do that because you’re already fitter than you were a week ago. Just stay slow.

You can do it. Believe in yourself and trust the programme as it really does work. And if you give it a go and it doesn’t quite work out it’s a practice run that is helping to build your stamina and strength 🙂

I did it!! Woohoo.

And it wasn't even 1/4 as hard as I thought it was going to be!

Thank you all for your encouragement.
