Hi all, I've just run for 28 mins, this is something I never thought I would be able to do when I did my first 60 seconds. If I can do it, anyone can. It's taking me longer than the 9 weeks, - but I'm doing it at my pace and it works. Good luck fellow runners.

That's great, well done! Its an amazing feeling isn't it! Enjoy your running x
Hi Ruby - it is staggering isn't it when we think back to week one and how momentous it was to consider running for 60 seconds. I too took longer than the 9 weeks to get to week 9: definitely a good thing to do it at a pace that is right for you.
