That was hot! Managed 25mins with only pausing once for 5 secs to get my 8yr olds bike over a gate. Distracting having a child with you, but needs must. Went a diff route again and helped a little. It was boiling and knees down on fire but got through it and can see a teeny weeny improvement (pace per mile dropped about 30 secs 🤣) Roll on r2 Weds. Have a good week peeps
