Just completed Week 9 Run 1. I would have liked to have gone out when it’s a bit cooler but wasn’t able to so off I went!
I made sure I had eaten my tea earlier and drank lots of water so felt hydrated enough. Started off nice and slow then after 10 min felt able to speed up a bit. Was slower than I have been but maintained around 7.2 mins per kilometre which I’m quite pleased with!

That is a great pace, great advice from you to everyone, yes, drink plenty of water before going out for a run, especially in this warm humid weather. All the best for runs 2 and especially 3 of the final 9th week, then graduation.
