Well, having started in March, in snow and ice...I finally got round to the final C25k run this morning. Left later than I meat, as usual, and baked my way round! Managed 4.5k which is my furthest yet...so pleased about that. The Daughter was tasked with cheering me home and we went out out for brunch to celebrate!
Thi is the first forum that I've ever spent any time on and I have very much enjoyed seeing how we are all getting on. Thanks for all your kind words, especially those on my week7 wobble.
Happy Sunday!
PS I love seeing a photo, so thought I'd attach the cows I run past. Only one could be bothered to look!

Here's a link to some Merch I found. Badge only £6. There's a separate link for that to another site, but I included this one as it had everything that way. There are done companies who do other (not NHS) C25K stuff.
Not the best way to spend a half term break but pleased that I had the time with my family. Have a good start to the week. I need to get planning but I need to get off C25K lol
Time with the family is never to be sniffed at. Get planning NOW so,you can enjoy the rest of the day...just to make you sick, I went in for an hour on Friday and got done.
Congratulations 18Windmill! 🎓🍾🥂🎉🎉🎉🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🐄🐄🐄 I thought that you were not far from the podium. Enjoy it up there and thank you again for your encouragement yesterday. Well done again! Lovely to see your photo too.
