I was lucky enough to run on holiday in Cuba ( gym, resort, beach ) just need to up my speed. I am thinking of doing the 10K training, maybe this will help with my stamina and speed.
It's weird going to any function and talking about running, I have been encouraged by so many people, it's fantastic.
