Completed Wk1 in unfamiliar territory earlier in the week, went away with the family, took my gear and went running/walking around a field by the hotel.

Really couldn’t be bothered to start Wk2 after 2 days off (does walking around Peppa-bloody-pig world for 2 days count as a day off?), but I went out and it wasn’t so bad. Still can’t believe I’ll ever get to 30mins mind!

Well done! Respect for still keeping with the plan whilst you were away :-) You will be knocking 30 minutes out before you know it.

Google maps is amazing could plan my route to the playing fields in my head before I left and the kids could track me on the wife’s phone!

If I start making excuses and not going out that’ll be it for me, I have the attention span of a goldfish and can talk myself out of doing anything!

I was in the same place as you are only 7 weeks ago and I’m now running 30 minutes. Old, fat, unfit me. You can certainly do it.
