Week 2 Run 1

So yesterday I was slightly worried as we had snow and the roads were so icy! Both my daughters said mum you can’t do your run in this! I dropped them to school and thought yep you are right! Came indoors all ready in my running gear and I said to myself you can do this, so I braved it and ran around the estate I live in instead of going my usual route! I actually did it! Ran in snow and ice! Feeling so proud of myself! I also lost 6lb this week through doing this combined with my healthy eating!

In awe of another super Mum and Wonder Woman.🌟👏👏🏃‍♀️

Steady with all your body changes,🤔building and loosing, I think Oldfloss’s slow and steady can be applied to both the running and the body changes.

With your belief it’s only a little more time.🌟👏👏

Enjoy you are doing great.🌟👏👏

By the way you probably acknowledge your daughters were correct with their thinking, ice don’t go there, 🙈 they love you and are looking out for you.🌟👏👏🏃‍♀️
