Week 4 done. Just. 😕

Just completed week 4. I look happy, but I’m just done in. Almost stopped but didn’t. Almost threw up but didn’t. That was a tough week all round. Shall I repeat (I don’t mean shall I say that all again...)?

You look very happy indeed, no, you don't need to repeat week 4, onwards to week 5, keep on running.

Well done!! It's shocking weather atm, hot, humid and generally nasty. Worse to run in. But don't repeat W4. It's done and in the bag and your legs will remember the work you did.

Take your rest day, drink lots and have a go at W5. Remember that Slow and Steady is your friend - in hot weather especially so.

Thanks. It was humid, I thought my head was going to explode! Lots of people seem to have struggled with humidity today. Feel better after shower and lots of water. Now, where’s the wine.. 🍷

Crisps have salt. You need salt too :-)

Ha, crisps are my Achilles heel. I don’t need persuading!!

What they said. No need to go back and do it again. I hope you enjoy the next run more!

Me too. This was the first week when I thought I maybe couldn’t do it. Onwards and upwards! 🏃🏻‍♀️

You will get the odd run like that. All manner of things can cause it, like sleep and how much water you’ve drink and what the weather’s like.

Well done for carrying on anyway - that determination (stubbornness in my case) will help you reach the end.

Not what you're looking for?
