Really not feeling it this week energy is very low feeling very tired 😑

Pushed myself to go gym Sunday but just haven’t got that extra bit of motivation 😞

oh no...sounds like you need a couple of days of rest! hope you are not coming down with a bug and your back to being full of beans real soon

Thanks, Also at that age where hormones are all over the place fingers cross back to normal by Sunday

You & me both! I can totally sympathise. I wasn't feeling it on Sunday either. Tuesday's run was a bit better. As I said to Ju-Ju I guess it's like that - some days you struggle to get out of bed & other days you feel like you can take on the world. Look how far you have come - bet you never imagined that in W1. Try & remember the days you felt good & that may help you get back into it. Good luck.

I second that - rest is probably needed. Not all weeks are made equal!

Me neither! Two bad runs in a row. I’m hoping I’ll get back on track. At least we’re down together 🙄😂
