Ok, so I may have skipped the last run of week 6. I figure now though for the whole of week 7 it's 25 minutes so let's give it a bash and see what happens.
25 minutes happens!! It was great. So much better than my last run. I felt hot and sticky after it but chuffed.
I'm also amazed at how much further I have to go to get my run in as well. When I think back to 6 weeks ago and how far I was going for that first week and wishing it could be over to now. It's certainly eye opening.
I'm starting to feel better about myself as well. I want to eat healthily again and I want to drink more water (I don't really like water, it's boring). I'm walking a bit taller and I stand a little straighter.
This plan is giving me back my confidence and I find myself wanting to go out for a bit of a run. I've even found myself thinking about what I can do when I finish the plan to improve my running.
I'm still not fast and gazelle like, but I don't care. I'm still doing it and that's the main thing.
