Is 3km a long way? I read on another post on here 3k is a long way for wk2 but I’ve been doing 3.3 since wk1 (well I did it once on run 3 but my aim was to try all 3 times but I’m too unfit! Haha) it is very hilly so I went the full way properly (run walk when supposed to) wk1 but I’ve had a week off (bad bad lazy woman!) gone back to it today and only had to pause and walk once! I was very proud! But I’m confused as I am following the plan and the distance is how long the whole thing takes so how can you do shorter distances? Sorry if this is rambling!

Are you including your five minute warm up and cool down?

Yes I am, it’s a circuit I do from my house back to my house (obviously if it’s a circuit! Haha)

Basically... distances do not matter... we are all different... :)

As the runs get longer however... we are perhaps more aware of distance... but the idea of the plan is...just take the runs gently... do not push too hard and make sure you are not struggling in any way. If you do that... things just evolve.

As the runs get longer you will find that you do slow down...just take it as it comes:)

I did 3.7km for weeks 1 and 2, so your circuit sounds about the right distance.
