Just graduated with r3w9. OMG was it a tough one but i managed to complete. Don't think bank holiday socializing helped 🍔🍷! Now to plan the future! Thinking I'll repeat w9 a few times till hopefully gets easier and then start extending distance. Anyone have any ideas or experience?

Congratulations on your graduation, doesn’t it feel great. I graduated in April and have continued running 3 times a week, started out doing week 9 for a couple of weeks, until I felt more confident it was hard to wean myself off as I needed the structure and I have been able to run several 5k runs since. There are also the c25+ podcasts too. I’m not too concerned about picking up speed but would love to be able to run 10kms so am now doing ju ju’s plan and am going to do my first park run next weekend. Enjoy your running 👍

Congratulations!

I found the move to 10k much easier than c25k! You could do that? I am mainly doing it to improve my 5k pace.

Well done again! 🎓👌🏽
