Graduated today by completing my first park run! I am absolutely over the moon and so surprised at myself. Never did I think 9 weeks ago I would reach this stage. Happy is an understatement. Reading all the forum posts have kept me going on this journey so I thank you all!

It was super windy!! First time running outside as I've done the whole programe on a treadmill. Mascara running everywhere but I loved it! x
