Morning...another run under my belt! Quite pleased with myself as I’ve been struggling with a head cold this week, plus I pulled something behind my knee when swimming (you know that sport that doesn’t put strain on you like running does....ironic much!)
Anyway, didn’t break any records but completed it with a smile on my face!
