After only being able to run for 10 minutes of Monday, I was a bit nervous about my run this morning. I keep telling myself, you've done this once, you can do it again. Come on girl! I'm pleased to say that after giving myself a good talking to, I did it.

I was doing W8R3 this morning, I could only do 10mins. It felt a very long walk home and I was sweaty because of the humidity at 6.30! It’s such a mental game isn’t it, as you say we’ve both done the run at least once before!
Well done on R2, I’m not reattempting R3 until Saturday I’ve decided when there is a break in the weather.
