There were a whole load of other suggestions, which include two-tone, not quite boy bands but we love them anyway bands, some cheesy tunes and classic ones. I think these will have to be picked up another time in another playlist or two. Thanks to everyone who contributed. It's over 2 and a half hours of boy band delight - almost enough for a half marathon if you could cope with the acne and teenage angst memories!

Oh I just saw your post, cripes you poor thing. I’ve got a fetching mosquito bite necklace all the way around and the lumps look like someone has inserted marbles under my skin. Oh and I currently smell of ammonia from the anti-bite pen, which a bit like your white paste cure - these homemade remedies don’t exactly make you feel good do they? I keep wondering about the smell of ‘nappy’ following me, and then realise it is me that smells of the nappy.

Ignore the suggestion that you shouldn’t run, you’re a bloody good runner in my opinion, it’s just that from time to time things go awry! I hope you recover soon enough and are able to pick up that PCT! Have you seen Fix have decorated and have gone brilliant white, which I think is their Summer makeover?

oh and I think I have a stress fracture of my big toe or something called Hallux Rigidus, which basically is my toe is falling off - just general decreptitude! Still can’t do any kettle bell exercises as I have a frozen shoulder too. I can't even put on a jacket without help. This ageing malarkey is somewhat overrated I can tell you - I daren’t go and see the doctor in case she accuses me of ‘runnerchondria’ ... or she tells me I’ve used up my NHS allowance on the migraine tablets.

Oh and you guys have the sunny weather - last night we had hailstones the size of marbles too and I was wearing cashmere to keep warm.

Hey - I pick them for a laugh and sometimes out of love. Boy Bands aren’t really my thing in truth, but when you start the research you realise just how many you actually know, but you didn't realise you did! Like NSYNC - I had no idea I knew their stuff until I spotified them....

If you don’t like this one, then you won’t like my new wheeze either, which is “dad dancing’ classics....
