Maybe have a look on YouTube for some 30mins hiit workouts. Also simple moves like planks are fantastic core exercise
I’m also trying to trim the belly fat. I’m doing 7 mins daily workouts from YouTube. Not specifically for the tummy alone. It seems to be doing the trick! I’m not where I would like to be, but as it’s just 7 mins it helps to keep me feeling active on the running rest days too. Good luck!! 👍🏽
Lots of belly exercises but until you burn more calories than you consume, nothing will work. It's one of those that take time and you need to put in serious effort and commitment but if you want to get there it is perfectly do-able.
Russian twists and curls have helped me find my abs and get rid of a muffin top. 👍🏽

I do Zumba basic at home.....that way I can wobble and blow like a rhino without a credit in the world
