W3R1 completed on 2nd attempt!

Was up early this morning and ready to head out when my 8 year old son asked if he could come too.

I started this program after he beat me in a 100m race!!

Sure I say and 5 minutes layer we were off...

About 60 seconds into the first run he swallowed a fly and ended up being sick in the river...

Back home we went.

As I had barely started the run I was determined to get out again so once my other half got back from work I went out again and completed the run. I am amazed to say I actually enjoyed it and was even a little disappointed when it came to an end!

I started this program once before about 2 years ago but don't think I ever got into the right mindset for it.

Feeling much more motivated this time around...

I too did it a couple years ago. I got to the 20 minute run and gave up! I think this time because of started in the gym it was easier to do. I've now started running outside and it's beautiful. Definitely have to be in the right mind whether running or dieting. Good luck and don't stop.
