W5 R3 completed at 2nd attempt


This morning I completed w5r3. Yeah me!!!

Before my first attempt I was rather concerned and then when I did the run I was so dissapointed when I only managed 15 minutes BUT thanks to all the lovely support I received on this forum I got back in my trainers this morning for a second try and did the full session. It was hard work, probably more so mentally than physically but I did it.

Thanks for the encouragement. It made all the difference.

Banishing those nagging doubts is the.best thing you did as the app prepares you for each run so your body is ready as long as you take it at the right pace for you. Well done for.repeating

Congratulations Scram on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs 🏃.

Don't worry too much that that was your second attempt, you achieved it, that is the main thing. 😊 🏃
