After failing to reach the 20 minutes last week I went out tonight without laura and kept running until my knee screamed and I had to stop. 24 lovely minutes of running!! I cant believe I did it Not only did I do it but I thoroughly enjoyed it and would have kept going had it not been for my knee!!

I think evening running may suit me!

Well done on completing run 3. I hope your knee settles ok.

Well done Catkin, and excellent perseverance. Running is addictive, isn't it? I am pleased that you enjoyed your 24 minute run, but look after that knee. It has been quite hot these last few days, and much cooler in the evenings. Great time to go running. Are you running with OH's ForeRunner now?

Yes I used it tonight. Want my own pink one! Pace 7.29 average so wont win any races!! Knee an old problem. Used to only hurt going down mountains but obviously irritated it tonight! Will rest for 2 days I think.

Yes I would if I were you. Don't run too fast or too hard at this stage. Save yourself for later

I'm running in the evening too. It was too dark though last night on our dimly lit streets and I couldn't see where I was placing my feet half the time!

I did think as I set off across the fields looking at the sunset I hope I get back while I can still see the track!
