Well finished wk5 r3 in the early morning mist - initial 5 mins felt tough, after that it just felt good, and strangely enough I loved it 😀. Must talk to my therapist about this!!!

I found it exactly the same! When I got to 5 minutes I thought I was never going to make it to 20, but then it seemed to get easier and I got into a really comfortable rhythm, with some great 80's music playing. The buzz afterwards.... it really set me up for the day! Well done you! On we go to week 6.....!!!!!
