Had a good week doing the extra week of training, felt really well before today's training. Been taking plenty fluids on board and spacing the runs out and on a none run day I have been out on the bike. Decided to jog /Run all the full 29 minutes today, did it without stopping with a pace of 12. Felt really well after it. So all weekend before wk5 cant wait.

Doing too much too soon you can set yourself up for an injury and undo everything you've already achieved. Next week try and stick to the plan . Good luck π
