Hello, I’ve had a week off 😬 due to having a wisdom tooth out, head has been banging all week, actually nice to wake up with no headache this morning 😁
I’m starting w4r1 tomorrow, should I just go straight into that one or do a refresher w3r3??
I run on the treadmill slow and steady 🐌 but I’m just having a little panic about the full 5 mins run 😳
