Morning all, complete newbie here. Just completed my first week. W1R3 in the bag. To be honest half way through it I was knackered today.
First outing using Strava app. Pretty cool seeing the route map and data.
Donโt really get what pace is though.... It says I did average 13:17/mi. What does this mean and relate to? Is it 13mph? It canโt be!?? No idea. I did 2 miles in 28mins. Is this ok? What are my goals to aim for as the weeks go by.
