Do not fear W5R3 - I don't!

I'm doing w5r3 on Sunday and I'm not at all worried! Yes, I am weird.

But I didn't think I could run 3 minutes, 5 minutes and there was no way I could do 8 whole minutes... but I have! It's not fast, it's not pretty, but I'm doing it. I doubt very much I'll be able to do the whole 20 minutes but I'll be doing my absolute best and will just keep putting one foot in front of the other until I can go no more.

Relax, enjoy each run, be brave, but most of all just keep moving! Good luck troops ✊🏻

I wasn't worried about this one either - I've been looking forward to it for 5 weeks lol. Makes me just as weird. Completed it this morning and it was just lovely. All you can do is your best, can't ask anymore of yourself than that. Good luck, and have fun on the run. You've got this :)

With that positive attitude you will complete it, no problem. The programme has prepared you well. When I did week 5 run 3 I went to a new location - a lovely nature park - so I really enjoyed the surroundings and didn’t worry about the amount of time left to run.

You’ll feel fab afterwards, it might be worth warming your loved ones as you may find your grinning like a Cheshire Cat and going on about it a bit. 😂
