It seems my legs have got used to running for 5 minutes without stopping - unbelievable but true. I'm actually looking forward to run 2 with 2x 8 minute runs. Obviously I know it's not a guarantee I'll keep going but I'm confident and also curious... "is this really going to work" "am I really going to be able to run for 20 whole minutes non stop on run 3 on Saturday " MADNESS but oh so wonderful π
