W5R1 busted!

It didn’t start well. As soon as I started the warm up walk I had a pain in my right thigh. Uh-ho I thought I was going to have to call it off before I’d even started, but I plodded on. Halfway through the walk the pain disappeared! Just shows how important that warm up walk is. The first run was hard and the last minute of the last run was never ending, but I did it 👏

R2, I’m coming to get you! 😂

Thank you

It does seem to take a good 5 minutes or so for your breathing to settle down too doesn’t it. So hopefully the 8 minute runs will be ok 🙏😂
