I am going to revisit the FAQ,
My left knee was quite swollen after W1R1 and I waited for 60 hours rest before heading out tonight,. Still twinging. W1R3 planned for Wednesday to give myself two days rest.
I did some more thorough stretches today and I am hoping it will make a difference. I also tried to use a lighter foot fall...
