Hey everyone, I’ve just competed my first run, wasn’t as bad as I thought, I’m not saying I was being an athlete but I managed better than I thought I would. I decided to start this because lately it feels like everything has changed in me, I was diagnosed with coeliacs disease last year and Graves’ disease this year, been working hard to lose weight and nearly two stone down, but alas medications have worked there magic and a few pounds have crept back on, I feel exhausted just with getting out of bed everyday at the moment. So decided If I’m to feel exhausted then might as well have a reason, actually looking forward to R2 hoping after a few weeks it won’t feel so alien to run! It’s not normal for a rather busty lady lol 😂

Wow! I am impressed. You are taking control and that is wonderful. As for busty, a good sports bra will keep your ladies in check. 😀 Good luck and enjoy your C25K experience. It really is worth the effort. x

Well done! Keep it up! I suspect you’ll have more energy because you’re doing c25k rather than a reason for being tired. Just be prepared to get addicted. Good luck with the plan!
