I never make time to take care of me so i've started today! Week 1 run 1 done! Im 38 overweight and extremely unfit! I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin, keep up with my kids and feel good about myself. So heres to me taking the time to exercise and eat healthy!

Really great to see you back again! That experience you’ve got from before will stand you in great stead. Before you know it you’ll be back where you were and leaving your old goals behind for new ones. We’re all ready to cheer you on!

The programme guide got a little update a year or so ago so you might like a little browse. The advice is still the same though-slow, steady and smile! Really good luck to you! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

EDIT I forgot to say that behind active and healthy with my exercise really helps motivate me to eat better to support that. It also really helps me feel good about my body by focussing more on what I can do with it as opposed to what it weighs. Hopefully it’ll be the same for you too.

Well done on doing the hardest part, starting. I'm on my second time of c25k and I can honestly say I have missed running. Take it nice and steady, don't push yourself too hard. Good luck with your journey x

Well done! It feels like just a few days ago I started C25k and I recently ran for 20 minutes non-stop! So good that youre making this time for yourself.
