W4R1 Completed

Well I was feeling a bit apprehensive about week 4. I followed the good advice from everyone on here and started slow and got slower. Last 5 minutes were hard but chuffed with myself to have done it. The big plus is I'm getting up early to do my runs and I'm really enjoying being out in the early morning. Mind you, probably wouldn't be saying that if it was mid-winter!

Well done, I done W4R1 yesterday, it's such a good feeling completing that 2nd 5min run, isn't it.
