I’ve never run before starting this so I’m feeling pretty chuffed with myself right now. Was so apprehensive about this run, it seemed a massive leap from W3 but I did it. I had a moment towards the end of the last run where I thought I couldn’t go on but dug in..sorted my breathing and blummin well done it.!! Kinda proud of me 😊

It really is! I didn’t think I was capable of it if I’m honest. I was actually dreading it as it seemed waaaay more than week 3 🥵 let’s hope I can manage it again on Thursday 🤞
