...having broken my toe, I started the programme again last week and I’ve just finished W2R3 and I am loving it. Here is my dog Dobby and the sunrise this morning at 5.30 - what better way to start the day!

After a month off...

Well done hope your toe is not too sore.
Thank you! It is OK when running most of the time, but I do have to strap it up. It seems to be bearing up well now.
That's great keep up the good work. I went for my first run two weeks ago and did well on the run , however three to four hours later I was absolutely crippled with inside ankle pain and have not been able to run since. I'm so upset as I was hoping to achieve the 5k in good time. It's even difficult to walk. Did the warm up and I was wearing a good pair of running shoes so am upset. But I won't give up yet waiting to be pain free and then I will try again.
Poor you! Have you strapped it up? It sounds painful, and so frustrating when you can't run! I was so upset when I broke my toe, I just wanted to continue running but was advised against it - waiting 4 weeks seemed like forever! I wonder what it is that's caused the pain. Good luck, and lets hope you don't have to wait too long to try again.

"What better way to start the day!"? At 5.30am?! Errr, a few things spring to mind
To begin with; not starting the day!
Well done for getting back out there!
#you can do it
That looks lovely! Seafront road by any chance?
