Week 5: Well I did it , W5R3... I've been... - Couch to 5K
Week 5

Well done you!
20 mins is 20 mins wherever you've run it.
Keep up the good work ... happy running!

Wahoooo! Well done! I did W5R3 this morning... I actually felt like a runner for the first time! Great feeling isn't it πππ

Well done! Doesnβt matter where you did it! You did it! ππ
Brilliant!! Iβve got mine Sunday kind of dreading it but going into it with a PMA! Out of interest do you follow C25K app? Hear people mention Laura who talks to you, am I on the right app?!
Oh God W5R3 was the best! I was on a high for days. Not to be a Debbie downer but watch out for W6R1 - it brings you down with a bit of a bump! I'm glad others on here warned me about it - I went in with no expectations & took it slow & steady. Well done for completing W5

Well done you! I also run on the treadmill, I don't have the confidence to run outside just yet. I've got W5R2 to do tomorrow, today is a rest day, although I'll probably try and get a 3-4 mile walk in. I've looked at Run 3 for this week and to be honest I'm really dreading it. I struggled with W5R1 but I'm going to go in with a PMA and give it a go. I honestly can't imagine being able to run non stop for a whole twenty mins
