Well done you!

20 mins is 20 mins wherever you've run it.

Keep up the good work ... happy running!

Ah I do a mixture of treadmill and outside depending on what mood I am in! ... Running is running wherever you do it πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ

Brilliant!! I’ve got mine Sunday kind of dreading it but going into it with a PMA! Out of interest do you follow C25K app? Hear people mention Laura who talks to you, am I on the right app?!

Good luck Sunday you will smash it , pace yourself that's the key. Yes I use the app I listen to Michael Johnson

Oh God W5R3 was the best! I was on a high for days. Not to be a Debbie downer but watch out for W6R1 - it brings you down with a bit of a bump! I'm glad others on here warned me about it - I went in with no expectations & took it slow & steady. Well done for completing W5

Well done you! I also run on the treadmill, I don't have the confidence to run outside just yet. I've got W5R2 to do tomorrow, today is a rest day, although I'll probably try and get a 3-4 mile walk in. I've looked at Run 3 for this week and to be honest I'm really dreading it. I struggled with W5R1 but I'm going to go in with a PMA and give it a go. I honestly can't imagine being able to run non stop for a whole twenty mins :-O

Hi , I thought the same . It's all in the head. I started off at my normal pace and for five mins just past half way I dropped a couple of notches then went back to up last 5. You can and will do it. Good Luck
