So after having a hissy fit with myself, as I didn't want to go. I did it, W3R2 done. Finding the difference in my stamina amazing as could barely run for 1 minute in the first week. Although I think a snail overtook me today!

nothing wrong with a snail pace here :-) slow and steady wins the race!

well done for winning the battle to get out! we all get into it, especially if like me its an early morning run and the thought of staying in bed is too tempting lol

you will be amazed how you progress, trust in the program and keep going!

Totally get the "Oh no not again" feeling. But there look you did it! I didn't trust myself to get motivated one bit , but somehow made a stubborn promise to myself to keep it up. A few missed runs and glitches along the way but got back to it pretty quickly. Go Go Go...
