It’s taking me a bit longer than 9 weeks with work, illness and other commitments but that’s another run in the bag 💥

10 days since the 20 minute run so wasn’t sure how it would go but looking at comments on here, you shouldn’t lose conditioning in a couple weeks so went for the next run.

Everyone on this forum spurs me on. Thank you 🙏

Well done on the run! Especially with all your life distractions. I've read this can be a tricky run... maybe it was good you'd had a wee break. 👍

I have had a few breaks between runs over the weeks unfortunately but it’s surprising how easy it is to slot back in again as soon as I start running 😃
