W6 done, Silky Michael says I'm a runner

Early sunny start for the 25min non stop last run of the week and it went very well, flagging a bit by the end but that might have something to do with a long killer incline at about 22mins in. So when Michael suggested that if I was feeling good I could up the pace for the last 60 I'm afraid there may have been a vocal expletive. Onwards and upwards, I'm sure the hills will get easier over the next few runs

I did this tonight. Much as i love MJ similar vocal expletives may have passed my lips at exactly the same point. Could hardly lift my feet never mind go faster! Good luck with week 7 πŸ‘
