Well I'm not sure about Michael Johnson but I definitely was able to up the pace for the last minute of 25 min. Looking forward to some more practise at that time to really get comfortable in that time area. Roll on week 7

Well done, I’m a day behind you now, got the 25 minutes to run tomorrow. How did you find it compared to the 20 minutes?
Michael Johnson told me 5 mind was donever I wasn't quite in the groove with breathing and felt hard. He next spoke at 12.5mins and that felt good as I thought I'd done 10 min's I then got into breathing and he said it was 20mins done and then by 1 min to goI was able to pick up pace for last minute. First 8 min the hardest part just keep going breathing and just jeep going you can so do this
Did my 25 minutes tonight, found it ok, and like you “sprinted” for the last minute. My sprint probably more like a fast jog, but felt like I pushed it. We’ve got a week of 25 minutes next. Good luck for week 7 xx

Just been hit by a bug so had an extra day in between w7r2 and w7r3 which I will complete tomorrow fingers crossed. I cannot believe I only have 2 week's left
