After a very warm run 1, run 2 was breezy and cool! No vest tonight! I think I prefer cool.

Run went well. Nice and steady. Pace was quite even for a change! No drama, just kept running. A tiny burst of speed at the end.

Going to wear my new shoes on Friday!

I really can't believe it. How can I be running for 25 mins? And still be able to breathe?

Well done! I did this run earlier in the rain and it was much easier than running in Monday’s warm sunshine. Good luck with run 3, I am next out Saturday but forecast is for really quite warm weather so I think it will have to be early morning for me!

Same here, nice and cool last night. Wore my jacket for the first part but much more comfortable than Monday. Good luck with the new trainers!
