I'm feeling slightly rubbish and headachy but really want to go and try this. I've decided to just go and do my best without beating myself up if I don't manage the full 25 minutes today. I can always repeat.
I'll report back in half an hour or so...!

Good luck ! Hopefully the run will make you feel better.
Well, I did it and managed the entire 25 minute run! I felt not too bad whilst actually running but almost dead once I got home I kept saying to myself 'I'll just run to Morrisons and then see how I feel... I'll just run to that bridge and see how I feel..." etc etc. and I never felt quite so terrible I could justify walking!
Though the gap between 'you have five minutes left' and 'you have one minute left' seemed to go on for at least 10 minutes!! (Endomondo tells me I was making that up though!)
Well done Helen. I have my first 25 min run tomorrow and am not feeling on great form either. However, your fine example will spur me on at 6.15 tomorrow morning - I hope!
Go for it! I can't decide whether my favourite part of the run was the high five from my daughter when I got home, or the steaming hot bath I'm about to soak my muscles in!
Helen well done - I also did W7r2 tonight. It was a struggle Who knew breathing could be so difficult? We have another W7 run them onwards to 2nd off last week. Sometimes I can't believe 7 weeks ago 1min30secs filled me with dread
Well done Helen & cmcadams. I also completed W7R2 tonight. I did it - just! I had a headache too and just didn't feel very in to it as i left. It was definitely the hardest so far. But i kept at it! As you say i didn't think i could run for 90 seconds 7 weeks ago, so the fact that i managed 25 minutes whilst feeling under the weather is a huge achievement. I celebrated by voting in my running gear on my way home!!
Yeaaaaah! (Mfam jives around kitchen with coffee cup). Well done for beating the gremlins! You're set for the final two weeks... graduation is in sight!
Well done. I also completed W7r2 yesterday. I was harder the second time for some reason. 3rd go tomorrow then in to week 8. Like you I can't believe it as I struggled to complete 30 seconds.
Good luck! I think the contemplation of the task ahead is worse than the actual thing. When u are in there you just keep going. I know I hate it when I am doing it but the sense of achievement when it is completed is great!!
