W2r1 tonight. I know it will be harder but hopefully will cope and get through it. Had 2 days rest this time just to make sure my legs are healed and there’s no aching in them now so BRING IT ON! 💪

Good luck! Ive just done W2R2 and its been fine so far 👍🏻 I always find the first run in the set hardest, in a “what on earth am i doing??!!” way 😂 Luckily im always fine after the first one. Youll be fine 👊🏻

Thanks I’m guessing out of all three, the first one is always the killer 😂

I actually found todays one harder, but i was running into the wind today. R1 i got soaked to the skin 😂 but found it strangely invigorating 😐

Good luck. Your ready for it. If you do have a bad run don’t worry. We all have them and there never seems to be any rhyme or reason. My last run w4r2 nearly killed me, I felt like giving in it was sooooo hard! But r3 this morning was fine, in fact I quite enjoyed it. Go figure🤷‍♀️. Slow down, breath and repeat to yourself ‘I love running’ ala Jo Whiley. It works haha

Hi dayhaward, slow is the answer. Great effort to get through week one. I am still sweating buckets from W5R2. Never believed that I would be able to run 8 mins twice. Haven’t done that since school 40 odd years ago!! Just stick with it. I really was scared of this week but now it seems that it will be just another challenge. Relatively easy compared to deciding to do C25K in the first place. Keep going mate. Bet we can lose at least 5 stone between us! Shippers
