Just curious as to when you all do your running? Morning? Afternoon? Evenings? And what works best for you guys.
During the week I run in the evenings, usually about 7pm mark, once I’m home from work and sorted, I’m up at 6am as it is, and as much I am enjoying the program, I don’t fancy an earlier wake up call to go for a run! 😂 At weekends I run in the morning, I was up and out for 8am this morning.
I just haven’t worked out what works best for me yet and which I enjoy the most!
Happy running!

That is initiative and enthusiasm and I think a running brain.🌟👏👏
I empathise and as long as you respect your repair days with non impact stuff.🤔👍
I do strength stuff on a run day , when I wish, just mix it up, but always respect the repair day.👍
Not a rest day though.🤔👍
There’s no way I’m waking up earlier in the morning to run - I just can’t make myself do it. I do one on a Saturday and then two during Mon - Fri so just make sure I leave work on time on those days and try to do it as soon as I get in so I don’t have the chance to talk myself out of it! What week are you on?
I enjoying my morning run at weekends, and find myself feeling positive for the rest of the day, but I am definitely more chilled in the evenings when I go! Lol. I just completed W5 R2! How about you? X
Yeah definitely leaves you feeling positive which is great. I’ve reduced my calories as desperately trying to lose weight so on the run days I do actually feel leaner (despite not looking it!)
Ah that’s great - well done, I’m just about to start W3 R1, have looked in utter panic about the 3 minute running sessions though and not sure how I’m going to get there 😂 X
Sometimes I plan to do it in the morning and then 'things' take over and I don't actually do it until maybe late afternoon. Doesn't seem to make a difference though main thing I've found is I just need to be calm beforehand!
Any time is good time, makes not much difference when and how long. I'd say it will depend on circumstances and how strongly you are willing to go out there, no matter what. When l see that wretched weather l simply don't think at all, l just layer myself and go.
